Mandatory Reporting of Child Abuse and Neglect

Wisconsin law requires that all employees of Wisconsin public school districts report suspected child abuse and neglect, Wis. Stat. sec. 48.981(2)(a)16m.  A short training video for Mandatory Reporting is available online. Once at the site, scroll down to Mandatory Reporting of Child Abuse and Neglect - Training for all school employees.  After viewing the video,  open the link to the completion certificate,  Completion Certificate for Mandatory Reporting of Child Abuse and Neglect - Training for all school employees, print out the certificate, sign and submit a copy to administration.
