Cross Country is a running sport offered at the Middle School grades 6 - 8 during the Fall season. It involves competing in races over distances that are usually around 2 miles long. These races take place on natural terrain, like grass fields or trails, instead of tracks. Middle school Cross Country is a great way for young athletes to:
