Facilities Use Registration

Facility usage registration is offered online.  In order to be eligible to request facility use, each person or organization will first need to be approved as a requester.  By clicking on the New User Account Link, users will be able to set up an account. Once approved as a requester, users will need to click on the Requester Link and then begin requesting facility usage dates and times.  If you have any questions or concerns about registering as a new user or as a requester, please contact Mr.Hausser at 608.635.4347 ext. 101 or Mr. Hausser's email or Mr. Pritzl at 608.635.4347ext.401 or Mr. Pritzl's email. 

Usage Guidelines

  • School activities will have first priority. However, the system will monitor if the facility is available or not. 
  • All requests are subject to approval by School Administration regardless of availability. 
  • Users will be notified by e-mail if a request has been approved or denied.
  • Please be reasonable with your requests; the district has a number of groups and organizations that would like to use the facilities.
  • If your group or organization is going to profit from the use of our facilities, you will need to pay according to Board Policy. Click on the link below to review the policy as well as access the fee schedule. 
  • The main facilities calendar can be found on the home page of the School District’s website.
