2008-2009 Post Graduation & Truancy Information
The School District of Poynette, Post Graduation & Truancy information, hosted on the Department of Public Instruction (DPI) WINNS website, is incorrect. The corrections were sent to the DPI. DPI indicates that corrections cannot be made on the WINNS site, however, the Department of Public Instruction does host a data errata page that houses the corrected data for several school districts, including our Post Graduation and Truancy information indicated above. Coming in Fall 2010...New Building Grade Level Configurations
The School District of Poynette School Board voted to reconfigure the buildings to make Arlington Elementary an Early Learning Center which will include early childhood, special education and kindergarten students. The current Poynette K-8 building will house students in grades 1-8. We are making preparations in order to be ready to greet students in our new building configurations in the fall of 2010. We are also in the process of scheduling moving classrooms to their new assignments. We are excited about this change and the opportunities it provides our students and their education.
